Optical and Physical Properties of Ge22Se78-XInx Glass System

چکیده

In this paper we reported theoretical results from measurement of Ge22Se78-XInx ( x= 2, 4, 6, 8, 10) Glass system. The relationship between ∆Eg and chemical composition has been discussed in terms of the Hs and Z. In order to correlate the optical parameter (∆Eg) with film composition we used the energetic parameter (A). It has been found that lone-pair electrons (L) and deviation of stoichiometry R decreases whereas, Ncon,Heat of atomization (Hs), optical gap(∆Eg) and the energetic parameter (A) increases with increasing In content in this Ge-SeIn glass system.
